In an effort to increase the number of tigers in the northern forest advanced, the Department of National Parks, Wildlife, and Plant Conservation intends to create new wildlife resources in Ratchaburi and Kanchana Buri.

The animals resources will essentially serve as a link between Phetchaburi’s Kaeng Krachan National Park and the Uthai Thani Wildlife Sanctuary.

The choice was made after a review of lens traps in the area revealed that cats frequently migrate between the two temples as they roam their normal collection, which includes Uthai Thani, Tak, Kanchanaburi, Ratchapuri and Phetchaburi. This was according to the producer of Wildlife Conservation Division for Conservation Area3.

The most recent proof was discovered in December when a lion and her two kids were first spotted in the region at the Salak Phra Wildlife Sanctuary in Kanchanaburi. Between the habitat refuges of Thung Yai and Huai Kha Khaeng, the woman has been spotted prowling.

At least 22 lions from neighboring Myanmar have also been spotted in the area, according to him, so the creation of the new resources will also increase Thailand’s biological pool.
