NEW DELHI: On Wednesday, November 8, the capital of India, New Delhi, closed all schools for an extended period in response to dangerous heat excellent levels. This was the most recent step in a long line of defenses against rising air pollution.
Although it was not as awful as the 400 collection hit earlier this year, the city’s air quality levels were over 320 on the Air Quality Index, a levels classified as “hazardous” by European party IQAir.
On a spring break that was originally planned for January, schools in the nation’s capital town may be closed from Thursday until November 18 as part of the warning from the Delhi government.
In order to protect young children from dust and rising air pollutants, the city’s primary schools had already been closed.
