NAKHON SI THAMMARAT: A chase has been launched for a slave who was found guilty of attempted murder early on Sunday morning after eluding capture.
Chaowalit Thongduang, 37, also known as” Sia Paeng Nanod ,” was incarcerated at Nakhon Si Thammarat. For attempted killings in connection with an equipped assault on police during an attempted suicide on September 2, 2019, in Phatthalung state, he was given a 20-year, six-month prison term by the court next month.
Chaowalit was transferred to Nakhon Si Thammarat Prison on August 7 of this year after starting his word at Phatthalung Prison in January 2022.
He was transported by jail guards to Maharat Nakhon Si Thammarat Hospital on Friday, October 20, where he had an appointment for medical care.
