Victim’s parents plan to sue suspect

The family of the Myanmar woman who was killed last week in the shooting at the Siam Paragon shopping center and her employer may file a lawsuit against the teen sniper and his parents for damages.

The 14-year-old gunman’s online chat party revealed that his friends admired the shooting, according to attorney Thanaphon Settheesombat, who is speaking on behalf of Khin Win, the mother of the Myanmar target Moe Myint, also known as Tawan.

Mr. Thanaphon claimed that because Tawan’s family resides in Myanmar, he is representing her in the constitutional trials in Thailand. The murderer’s home plans to file a civil and criminal complaint.

When it was discovered that the gunman had casually texted his coworkers about the strike, the owner of Take Toys Co Ltd, who was only identified as Paranee, Tawan’s company, expressed her concern to reporters.

The parents of the adolescent shooter attended Tawan’s death on Saturday evening in the Pak Kret neighborhood of Nonthaburi at Wat Phasuk Maneechak. He ran into Khin Win it and knelt at her feet to pray for her pardon on behalf of his brother. The parents presented Khin Win with an envelope containing payment. However, the lady declined his offer, claiming that her sister’s life cannot be bought back with money. Today, Tawan’s system may be cremated.

To get cremated now is Tawan.

Yesterday, Justice Minister Tawee Sodsong also attended the religious service and paid Tawan’s family 200,000 baht in compensation. According to the law governing compensation for victims in fugitive circumstances, the money is given.

He claimed that the government is collaborating with condition organizations to give Tawan’s family a larger sum, equivalent to 6.2 million baht. Five million baht have been pledged by the Siam Paragon control, and the government has contributed another 1.2 million.

The shooting even resulted in the death of a Chinese holiday.
