A Chinese guy and his Thai wife were detained by police on Thursday on suspicion of possessing sex toys worth about 10 million baht.
The father, 28, and his 24-year-old wife were detained at their home in Bangkok’s Lat Krabang area, according to Pol Col Patpawit Wongpinit, a supervisor at the Technology Crime Suppression Division. & nbsp,
The couple admitted to owning around 18, 000 sex toys after their home was searched, which led to the arrest. & nbsp,
According to Pol Col. Patpawit, the couple recently registered their company under the pretext of selling rub equipment while using other people’s identities to complete both business registration and product deliveries.
The few whose names were withheld came to light as a result of the research into sex products sold online.
The two offenders even owned homes in Chorakay Noi, Bangkok, and the Bang Sao Thong neighborhood of Samut Prakan. The senior officer claimed that the improper goods were kept in the Lat Krabang residence.
The pair also admitted to working in the industry for three times during questioning.
