Jailed Thaksin could be advisor to new Thai government: Deputy PM

The new partnership government led by Pheu Thai intends to demand Thaksin once he is released from prison, according to another party supply who confirmed this to AFP.

Thaksin, according to Srettha, may be useful as the state seeks to boost the economy by 5 % annually. His” Thaksenomics” laws in the early 2000s saw rapid growth.

Srettha stated in an interview on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York,” I believe he has value to add to the government and the people of Thailand.”

” He was, and most likely still is, the most well-liked prime minister in Thai government.”

Although Thaksin is also adored by millions of Thais for raising rural incomes, he is a very controversial individual.

He has long been despised by Thailand’s nationalist and military elite, and over the past 20 years, much of Thai politics has been influenced by the government efforts to keep Thaksin and his allies out of energy.

Due to his deteriorating health, Thaksin was transferred to a private room at the police hospital hours after being imprisoned. His child claims that last week, he underwent operation.

Rumors of a covert agreement cut to give Thaksin mercy on his jail sentence in exchange for Pheu Thai, including pro-military parties in its governing empire, have been rife.
