TasteAtlas ranks ‘pad kaprao’ as world’s greatest stir-fry

According to TasteAtlas, Thailand’s delicious plate kaprao, a flaming stir-fried dish infused with sweet basil and onion, has clinched the coveted top spot in the category of” Best Stir – fried Dishes in World.”

According to ratings from the website’s discerning audience, pad Thai, a dramatic stir-fried rice noodle creation, came in seventh place among the 50 best stir fried dishes worldwide, along with pad kaprao.

The illustrious top 10 list features a variety of culinary delights from all over the world, with South Korea’s dak galbi coming in second, Ethiopian tibs in third, Peruvian lomo saltado in fourth, Chinese beef chaw fun in fifth, and stir-fried shrimps and salt-and-pepper squid( seventh ), both of which are from China. The second-best dish on the list was twice-cooked meat from China, followed by yaki-udon from Japan.
