President Tharman pledged to be” scrupulous and independent” when evaluating Singapore’s reserves in his opening statement.
With the” strong authority” voters have given him, he also pledged to collaborate with the government, community organizations, nonprofits, and the entire country to develop Singapore’s multiracialism and foster a more inclusive society.
