CHON BURI: An unidentified group of thieves broke into a vehicle that was parked, broke one of its windows, and stole money and other valuables for about 1.2 million baht. Two Taiwanese businessmen who were the patients had left their belongings inside the car on Wednesday evening while they were dining at a store in Pattaya.
According to Pol Capt. Sombat Kaewmulmuk, the lieutenant research main at Pattaya police station, a group of officers arrived at the shopping mall’s parking lot in the tambon Nong Phreu neighborhood of Bang Lamung at around 9 p.m. & nbsp,
At the field, police discovered a Volkswagen vehicle with Bangkok license plates, and the windows behind the pilot’s seat was broken. The officers likewise discovered a brick near that was thought to have been used to smash the window.
The two entrepreneurs reported the stolen goods to the authorities. One of the victims, Ji Biao, 62, reported a loss of about 12, 000 yuan( equivalent to about 60,000 baht ), 100, 000 Hong Kong dollars( approximately 450,0000 bt ) and 80,00 bait in cash as well as some significant documents.
The other victim, Ji Qing, 50, lost 100,000 yuan( approximately 500, 000 baht ), HK$ 2,000($ 9,000 ), some Malaysian ringgit($ 5,000 ), and a Bottega Veneta bag( valued at 150,0000 ). The total value of the stolen goods and money was about 1.2 million baht.

Given that the patients had just returned from abroad, police believed the thieves might have been aware of the two Chinese nationals’ appearance. Before the event, their companions picked them up at the airport and took them to this store for breakfast.
Police are looking for the perpetrators after reviewing footage from security cameras.
