For instance, if a child is in the principal’s blind area or when their back is turned, they could get hurt.
A former school teacher who went by the name Cynthia said,” When you try to find out what happened,( the kids involved perhaps ) tell different tales.”
She continued,” I also feel like I want to know the truth ,” adding that teachers may alter the way the lesson is set up to avoid similar mishaps.
She recalled an event from a previous job where an infant tripped and fell on her shoulder, severely spraining it. Even though there were two or three professors in the classroom at the time, they were unaware of how fast it happened.
When the girl got home, her parents were curious as to what had happened because she had never yet complained of pain.
” The CCTV aids us in clarifying what happened.” Without that, the parents had become furious and ask,” Oh, are you trying to hide things?” she remarked.
Cynthia’s previous employer, which she left in April, did not include CCTV, but she has also taught at MindChamps and KiddiWinkie, both of which have cameras set up.
She claimed that when they first heard about CCTV at school, her employees who were not accustomed to it were shocked by the concept.
Additionally, changes would need to be made because the school was doubled up as a changing room and CCTVs are never permitted in the class.
Nevertheless, she claimed, the cameras do give parents more confidence and aid teachers in being more conscious of their behavior.
