According to deputy government spokeswoman Rachada Dhnadirek, the Asean Heritage Parks ( AHPs) for Nam Nao National Park, Phu Khieo Wildlife Forest Reserve, and Khu Kradueng National Parc have all been added.
During the 34th Meeting of Asean Senior Officials on Environment in Indonesia, she claimed, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment was made aware of the most recent list.
She claimed that in addition to white and red roses, Phu Kradueng National Park also has unique plant species like bloomrapes or orobanchaceae. She added that the area also contains endangered and protected wildlife species like the serow, Java animal, elongated tortoise, and lar gibbon.
She added that the Phu Khieo Wildlife Forest Reserve and Nam Nao National Park both display distinctive geographical attributes, such as limestone rocks where rare plants and animals, including marbled animals, American hog deer, and clouded leopards, can be found. According to her, both gardens have long been linked to the culture and traditions of the locals. Visitors that commemorate significant events like the Bun Bang Fai jet festivity and Buddha picture bathings.
The Kaeng Krachan Forest Complex, Hat Chao Mai National Park – Mu Koh Libong Non-Hunting Area, Tarutao Park, Mu Hoh Surin-Muk Similan-Ao Phangnga, and Khao Yai national parks are some of Thailand’s earlier AHP advertisements.
