SINGAPORE: The police on Mon (Oct 10) arrested a 19-year-old guy for his thought involvement in the homicide of his 47-year-old father.
The police said in a statement that they obtained a call for assistance at a residential unit along Yishun Avenue 4 upon Monday at about 7. 05pm.
“Upon arrival, police discovered the 47-year-old guy lying motionless away from residential unit and was pronounced deceased by paramedics from scene.
“The 19-year-old man, who may be the son of the 47-year-old man, has been arrested at the picture, ” said the authorities.
The man is going to be charged in court on Wednesday with murder, they added.
The particular offence of murder carries the dying penalty. Police research are ongoing.
