Typhoon Noru makes landfall in Vietnam: National forecaster

“The placement of the typhoon’s center at 4am (2100 GMT Tuesday) upon Sep 28 is definitely between Danang and Quang Nam, inch the National Center for Hydrometeorological Forecasting said, adding wind speeds were among 103kph and 117kph.

In Danang, Vietnam’s third biggest city, high rise buildings shook within the high winds that will toppled trees plus tore roofs from homes across the central region.
