Lack of rules hits farmers

Community enterprises in Nakhon Phanom have got urged the government to compensate them after they committed to growing cannabis plant life but were unable to get a growing licence because of obscurities in the marijuana law.

“About 250, 000 baht was invested in the cultivation site and we applied for a licence more than 12 months ago, so far in vain, ” she mentioned.
