Jennette McCurdy shares disturbing email from late mother on ‘Red Table Talk’

McCurdy came on to talk with co-hosts Jada Pinkett Smith, Willow Smith and Adrienne Banfield Norris about McCurdy’s new guide, “I’m Glad My Mom Died. ”
The celebrity writes about as being a child star, having an eating problem and her unhealthy relationship with the girl mother Debbie, who else died of cancer in 2013.
The right now 30-year-old former Nickelodeon star read a message from her mom that was sent in this year, after the her mother discovered she is at a romantic relationship.
It began, “I am therefore disappointed in you. ”
“‘You used to be my perfect small angel, but now you are nothing more than a little’ — all caps — ‘slut, a floozy, all used up, ‘” McCurdy understand. “‘And to think a person wasted it on that hideous ogre of a man. I could see the pictures on the website called TMZ. I saw you rubbing his disgusting furry stomach. I understood you were lying about Colton. ‘ [I had told her I was with a friend, Colton]. Add that will to a list of things you are: liar, conniving, evil. You appear pudgier too. They have clear you are eating your guilt. ”
The girl mother went on to publish that McCurdy was an “ugly monster” and ended the email by asking her to send money to get a new refrigerator.
Undergoing treatment helped her recognize her mother had been abusive, McCurdy mentioned, and she stopped living in “the necessary misconception of my childhood. ”
“Just because I was mistreated doesn’t mean We don’t love the girl, ” McCurdy mentioned. “That has been therefore difficult to grapple with. ”
