BMA ready to appeal in debt case

The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) is ready to appeal the particular Green Line situation if the Administrative Courtroom rules in favour of Bangkok Mass Transit System Plc (BTSC) on Wednesday, according to Bangkok governor Chadchart Sittipunt.
