The Appeal Court provides upheld the passing away sentence handed down from the Criminal Court in order to former deputy commerce minister Banyin Tangpakorn for the murder associated with construction tycoon Chuwong Sae Tang within a staged car crash within 2015.
The court on Thursday said it reviewed all evidence and decided to support last year’s judgment by the Phra Khanong Criminal Court against Banyin, who is also a former MP to get Nakhon Sawan.
Wanpen Thanathammasiri, the victim’s cousin, said she has been prepared to fight the case in the Supreme Court if need be.
It was not known whether Banyin might appeal to the Great Court.
