The particular Appeal Court provides upheld the passing away sentence handed down by Criminal Court to former deputy commerce minister Banyin Tangpakorn for the murder associated with construction tycoon Chuwong Sae Tang in a staged car crash within 2015.

The court yesterday said it evaluated all evidence and decided to uphold final year’s ruling from the Phra Khanong Lawbreaker Court against Banyin, who is also a former MP for Nakhon Sawan.
Wanpen Thanathammasiri, the victim’s sister, said she is prepared to fight the situation in the Supreme Court if need be.
It is not yet known whether Banyin will appeal this latest ruling.
