PUTRAJAYA: The prosecution has slammed Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s application to recuse Chief Justice Tengku Maimun Tuan Sleeping pad as another delay plan.
Lead prosecutor Datuk V. Sithambaram (pic, right) reported the defence manufactured the application with “mala fide (bad faith)”.
