The Ratchaburi Provincial Courtroom yesterday denied bail to a police del cuerpo accused of abusing her maid.
Pol Cpl Kornsasi Buayaem, 43, who is attached to the particular Special Branch Bureau’s 1st Division, flipped herself in to Ratchaburi police on Sunday to face multiple costs including dereliction of duty, intimidation, deprivation of liberty, actual physical abuse and human trafficking.

The girl relatives posted surety for bail, but it was denied once the maid contested the particular bail request out of fear for her safety. A preliminary investigation established the women met two years prior, after the victim started working at a coffee shop owned by Pol Cpl Kornsasi.
When the shop went out of company, she urged the victim to join the military. However , in-may, Pol Cpl Kornsasi allegedly forced the victim to resign from the military to operate full-time as a house maid at her house.
The particular victim claimed Pol Cpl Kornsasi burned her using locks curling tongs plus hit her having a metal bar, causing nose and mind injuries.

The girl also said her employer once sprayed alcohol on her tresses and set it on fire.
A team of police then searched Pol Cpl Kornsasi’s home and seized a number of items from the property.
Pol Maj Gen Udon Wongchuen, commander of the Special Branch Bureau’s 1st Division, said recently Pol Cpl Kornsasi has just been transferred to the division and is required to report in to her superior.
Pol Maj Gen Udon said that when a police officer faces a criminal cost, a committee is going to be set up to consider disciplinary action.
Whether Pol Cpl Kornsasi will be suspended depends on the findings of the investigation by Ratchaburi police, he said yesterday.
According to sources, Pol Corp Kornsasi admitted to the physical misuse.
Nevertheless , she claimed it was the result of a medical problem — for which the girl produced a medical center certificate — that triggers her to lose her temper and power over her emotions.
The certificate was issued at the end of last week, the day before the girl turned herself into police, the resources said, adding that will police investigators may also question officials on the hospital which issued the certificate.
