The Pattaya Court on Monday released a warrant for the arrest of Somyos Panprasong, 55, in connection with the deadly fireplace at Mountain B pub in Chon Buri’s Sattahip district early on Aug five, police said.
The warrant was issued right after police obtained solid evidence that Mister Somyos is in fact who owns and investor in the pub, which was operate by his kid Pongsiri Panprasong, twenty-seven.
Mr Somyos is charged with recklessness leading to deaths and accidental injuries and setting up and operating an amusement venue without authorization.
A team of law enforcement were reportedly sent to Mr Somyos’ home in Soi Thamwithaya 1 in tambon Sattahip to carry out the warrant upon Tuesday morning. There was unconfirmed reports he or she planned to surrender.
