Pub quarrel leaves 2 deaths, 1 injured

YALA: A paramilitary ranger shot and stabbed three people carrying out a quarrel at a popular pub in Muang district of this the southern part of border province earlier Friday, resulting in two deaths and one damage.

Law enforcement said the assault happened at Nasa pub on Chalermchai Road in tambon Sateng at 12. 45am. The paramilitary ranger fired a good assault rifle in people with whom he previously a quarrel.

A woman and also a man in their 30s later succumbed to their wounds at a nearby hospital. The woman continual a stab injury to her waist, as the man was shot in his chest plus upper left arm.

Another man aged about forty was shot in the right shoulder yet remained conscious. Numerous vehicles at the location were sprayed along with bullets.

According to media reports, the ranger was identified as Hadchaicharn (surname withheld), a 25-year-old Phatthalung native.

During wondering, the attacker informed police that he had a dispute at the nightspot and later returned with his assault rifle before firing multiple shots at the individuals.

The particular pub was regularly visited by local government officials, including paramilitary rangers.
