Residents of a housing property in the Bang Lamung district have been in the dark after their overseas neighbor reportedly allowed his two pit bulls to attack and destroy a local dog, causing concerns for the safety of the elderly and children in the neighborhood.
Visitors have reportedly been shaken by the incident, which took place in the Areeya housing estate in the Moo 7 subdistrict. Witnesses claimed that the foreigner did not attempt to engage or accept responsibility as he watched as his unleashed dogs attacked a neighborhood pet.
” My canine let those pit bull come over and remove it, and he was running household like it always does.” He simply stood there, watching, and didn’t try to stop his dogs, according to owner of the dog, Kam Nuch-chimplee, 60, who is also known as” Aunt Chaem.”
There hasn’t been any real action thus far, but it’s not the second day something like this has happened.”
Another tenant, 70-year-old Karntong Breaker, shared a separate incident where the same person allegedly threatened her trans granddaughter outside their house. She claimed that because my child was walking her dog, he used threatening language and behavior.
Another villagers have even come forth, describing the foreigner as a source of ongoing problem. Suppachai Wongmuangkam, 48, claimed that he often disrupts the order by getting crazy, fighting with security guards, and even igniting neighborhood lights.
We no longer feel safe. Because his dogs are not properly restrained, some dare not walk inside and are reluctant to let their children play outside, according to Mr. Supachai.
Residents of the Areeya housing property contacted Nong Prue police place on Saturday to request an investigation and take obvious steps to stop the poorly managed animals from causing more harm. Many people just want back their once-peaceful neighborhood.
