A interrupted man shot shot skyward and apparently had a prisoner inside Soi Wat Lakhon Tham in Bangkok Noi on Thursday morning, according to authorities, in the Bangkok Noi area.
Following a report that a man had fired six gunshots into the air, a special weapons and tactics ( Swat ) team was stationed on the small soi off Itsaraphaphap Road near Thonburi Hospital at 9.30am.
He fired three shots at the police while older Metropolitan Police Bureau officers attempted to calm him down. The discussions were continuing.
