Pathum Thani leaders trying to find out who dumped dog parts, some in an watering river

Health issues have mounted after the revelation of two big piles of severed cattle eyes along the roads in Pathum Thani state.
A video posted online on Saturday showed lots of discarded cattle mind, accompanied by a concept asking, “So some animal elements, who brought them here? ”
The picture indicated the mind had been found in Khlong Luang area.
Local officials found one big pile of both destroyed and newly severed calf heads, with another pile outside on a recovered personal land.
The hemorrhoids attracted some fly and emitted a solid scent. Cowhides and insides were likewise scattered along the roads.
In an watering river, oil in plastic bags and more cow faces in the waters were discovered, raising fears of fungal growth.
Somsak Ayusuk of the Khlong Luang city Livestock Office said an investigation is under way, adding that for waste is illegal.
Most of the components found are believed to be those that may be sold to processing flowers.
Netizens noted that some farms are located outside, with some guessing that the cow faces were discarded to avoid a possible anthrax epidemic.
Animal officials have been on sensitive across the country following the recent identification of anthrax in Mukdahan state. Four cases have been confirmed and one person has died, out of more than 600 persons tested for possible coverage.
