994 new Covid inpatients, 27 more deaths

The country registered twenty-seven more Covid-19 deaths and 994 brand new cases admitted in order to hospitals during the previous 24 hours, the Public Health Ministry announced upon Tuesday morning.

This compared to the 26 coronavirus-related fatalities and 1, 273 new instances admitted to hospitals reported on Monday morning.

There were 993 nearby cases and one imported case.

On Monday, 2, 111 Covid-19 sufferers were discharged from hospitals after coping with the coronavirus whilst 15, 459 others were receiving treatment (down from sixteen, 603 the previous day).

Since the pandemic started in earlier 2020, there have been four, 648, 679 Covid-19 cases, including two, 425, 244 this season, with 4, six hundred, 945 complete recoveries to date.

The accumulated death toll stood in 32, 275 because the beginning of the pandemic, including 10, 577 so far this year.
