On Thursday, the SCDF and officers from Singapore reported that they were called to 23 Fernvale Lane at around 6 a.m. for an injury involving a vehicle and a pedestrian.  ,
The child passed away in Sengkang General Hospital after being taken incapacitated.  ,
She was a Primary 1 scholar,  , according to The New Paper.
The van vehicle, a 67-year-old person, was arrested for thoughtless moving causing death.  ,
