SUPHAN BURI: At least 65 kids were discovered to be rotavirus positive after a foaming party held in the Muang city to celebrate the Songkran event.

The children were taken to Chao Phraya Yommarat Hospital and various private institutions for treatment of vomiting, upset stomach, great fever, vomiting and blisters. Some patients were discharged, while others are still in maintenance.

After attending a Songkran celebration at the Banana Conservation Centre in Suphan Buri, where a water pipe and foaming party had been planned, they developed the symptoms.

The kids were visited on Saturday at Chao Phraya Yommarat Hospital by native MP Sorachud Suchitta and provincial public health officer Dr. Rattapon Wetsoranasutee, who have been treating some of the patients there since Wednesday.

According to Dr. Rattapon, stoichiologist testing revealed that the children had a pathogens. None of them had a serious illness, but the public health department had set up a medical team to follow them.

According to Mr. Sorachud, the disease may have been brought on by the event’s water source. Authorities are awaiting the results of the test to determine whether the ocean was contaminated. Nobody wanted this to happen, they said. it was meant to be a safe place for children, ” he added.

Kanokporn Prommuang, the mother of a 10-year-old female, said she took her two sons to the foam group on Wednesday, but decided to take them apartment when they developed blisters on their feet. She took her daughters to the doctor at 4 a.m. to treat them. one was admitted.

Another patient’s mother reported that her daughter had vomiting following the party. She claimed that the event’s water had a powerful and filthy odor.

If their circumstances do certainly improve, parents of children who have been discharged have been instructed to bring them back to the hospital.
