A family of six, including four children, had to go through a terrible struggle following the shooting event at a store in Malaysia’s Selangor condition after the shooter boarded their car and held them for 45 minutes in an attempt to escape.
The family was leaving the Setia City Mall in Setia Alam when the gunman appeared in the parking lot where their car was parked, according to Malay language daily Sinar Harian on Monday ( Feb 10 ).

The community was finally forced into their car by the suspected shooter.
” I asked him to put aside the weapon so the children wouldn’t get scared, “he said, adding that the shooter had gotten into the back seats.
The assailant didn’t respond to questions in the Sinar Harian record. The children’s years were not disclosed either.
The victim and his family finally drove the suspect’s vehicle for 45 minutes when he told them to quit by the side of a bridge.
The memory cards from the dashcam then was taken away with him.
Prior to this, Selangor police captain Hussein Omar Khan identified the suspect as a 30-year-old Malaysian man with a criminal history and 11 prior convictions, including for drug-related offenses.
According to Bernama, a police preliminary investigation revealed that the suspect had shot at a cleaner after being ordered to move his belongings in the mall.
Several officers models are still tracking the suspect’s movements, with authorities in neighbouring state and border regulators also told to stay alert, Inspector-General of Police Razarudin Husain previously told local media.
