Vehicle owners will receive an email confirming the transaction and indicating the appropriate lock-in period after the transaction is successful.

7. Does my business-owned hired private-hire car , be subject to the lock-in time if the program for transport from an individual was submitted before Feb 19, 2025, but completed after Feb 19, 2025?
If the transfer application was submitted properly before February 19, 2025, the lock-in period does not apply.
8. Before February 19, 2025, a shift application was submitted. But, the transfer was ineffective due to various factors, such as being unable to secure funding, and a new exchange was initiated on or after Feb 19, 2025. Will the hired private-hire car , get content to the lock-in period?
Prior to February 19, 2025, the earlier app for transfer will not be subject to the lock-in time. However, it does apply to the fresh exchange program submitted after Feb 19, 2025.

9. If a business-owned hired private-hire vehicle without an existing lock-in time is transferred to another company, did that vehicle become subject to a fresh 3-year lock-in duration following the transfer?
As existing business-owned hired private-hire cars registered, converted or transferred before Feb 19, 2025 will not be subject to this lock-in time, their move to another company may not cause a new lock-in time.
