Title transgressions inspected for invasion

The Advisory Committee of the Agriculture and Cooperatives Minister’s Office has expanded its research into area invasion in the Pak Chong city of Nakhon Ratchasima, close to Khao Yai National Park.

Preliminary investigations show that people who reside in the Lam Takhong self-help arrangement place were able to obtain the property title deed from Nor Kor 3 property ownership documents. The next step is to check whether the title deed was properly issued, as Mr. Thanadol said the region has been designated a land reform place by Alro.
The commission also took a tour of Rancho Charnvee Resort and Country Club.
Mr. Thanadol claimed that the property was legally obtained with the title deed, but he needs to check the status of the application to see if it was officially issued and if some of the property is located in the Alro property reform area.
” This is not related to politics. If there was a purchase and sale of property made using a lawful title deed, we are conducting a initial evaluation. However, according to the property reform place image, the golf course is found to be in the Sor Por Kor place by Alro, so the accuracy of the title deed may be checked”, he said.
The commission chaired by the Alro secretary-general will receive all evaluation outcomes for consideration. The team did quickly examine three more well-known websites.
Polapee Suwanchwee, a Bhumjaithai MP for Nakhon Ratchasima, said Mr Thanadol’s analysis may impact the purchase price of Pak Chong. He said Mr Thanadol keeps looking for shortcomings, which had care any investment.
