3 Russians held after police raid on illegal beauty clinic on Koh Samui

After police searched an improper beauty center on the southeastern resort island of Koh Samui, three Russian citizens were detained.

According to Pol Maj Gen Sermphan Sirikhong, commander of Surat Thani officers, Pol Col DenduangThongsrisuk, the captain of Bo Phut police station in the Koh Samui area, led police and health officials to attack the Alspa beauty clinic in tambon Bo Phut.

The clinic, which was operated by a Russian nationwide, offered improper beauty treatments. Both large and small amounts of medications were seized. One guy and two people, three Russian citizens, were detained and charged.

Liliia Lukina, 32, was charged with working without a work force while Alexandr Ermishin, 35, was charged with doing so. The clinic’s director and user, Ms. Yulia Efremova, was accused of operating a clinic without authorization and providing medical care without authorization.

To pursue legal action, all were held in police prison at Bo Phut Police Station.
