2,125 new Covid cases, 18 more deaths

The country registered eighteen more Covid-19 fatalities and 2, 125 new cases admitted to hospital throughout the previous 24 hours, the Public Health Ministry introduced on Tuesday morning.

This compared with the seventeen coronavirus-related fatalities plus 1, 814 new cases admitted in order to hospital reported upon Monday morning.

All the 2, 125 new situations were local cases.

Upon Monday, 2, 501 Covid-19 patients had been discharged from hospitals after recovering from the particular coronavirus while twenty two, 341 others were receiving treatment (down from 22, 735 on the previous day).

Because the pandemic started in earlier 2020, there have been four, 562, 968 Covid-19 cases, including 2, 339, 533 this season, with 4, 509, 596 complete recoveries to date.

The accumulated dying toll stood on 31, 031 since the beginning of the pandemic, which includes 9, 333 so far this year.
