US BORDER OFFICERS HAVE A CREATED SCRUTINY RECORD.

Finland also advised potential US visitors on the pages of its foreign ministry that US authorities may refuse them entrance if their” current sex as recorded in their card differs from the sex they were given at birth.”

However, France changed its official advice to its citizens traveling to the US, warning them to now include their gender on ESTA or visa applications.
Travelers who have the X gender entry on their card or whose latest gender access differs from their sex entry at birth were advised to contact a US diplomatic mission in Germany before entering the country in a manner similar to that provided by Denmark.
According to the European foreign ministry, this is done so that they can “find out the appropriate access requirements” for the US.
