Tour de France: Stage 10 disrupted due to protestors on the course
All riders were forced to prevent as the protesters sat across the road to block a clear and safe passage forward.
The broadcast showed government bodies on the scene dealing with the issue as colored smoke filled the air. Cameras captured a point in time when the stage innovator Alberto Bettiol deftly rode his bicycle through the protesters but ultimately had to stop.
It appeared that most of the riders were kept back to gather plus wait as the street was cleared.
The peloton was forced to stop due to protest action on the race route.

The Tour de France race center stated, “The race is certainly neutralized. The race will resume with all the same time spaces once the road will be cleared. ”
France climate action group Dernière Rènovation offers claimed responsibility to get Tuesday’s protest.
The organization said in a statement on Twitter that it “interrupted the 10th stage from the Tour de Italy between Morzine and Megève in the commune of Magland to stop the mad race towards the annihilation in our society. ”
The particular statement said that the group “can no longer remain spectators of the on-going climate disaster. We now have 989 days remaining to save our future, our humanity. inch
It continued: “Our objective is to force legislation to drastically decrease France’s emissions, starting with energy reform, the area most likely to bring with each other social and climate justice today.
“This will be our last opportunity to avoid catastrophic and irreversible consequences: fatal heat, extreme weather events, famines, bulk migrations, armed conflicts… and this is for all of the next generations of humans. ”
The incident occurred 36 kms (22. 37 miles) short of the finish series in Megève, France.
Stage 10 of the famous French race restarted after around a quarter-hour of disruption brought on by the protesters.
