More than eight times after a huge earthquake hit Hualien state, Taiwan’s officials have issued dying certificates for two Singapore who went missing.

The Hualien District Court may be presumed useless as the couple still have not been found, according to Chinese media reviews. &nbsp,

The death certificates for Mr. Sim Hwee Kok and Ms. Neo Siew Choo indicate that the area was struck by a large 7.2 % earthquake on April 3, which was its strongest in 25 years. &nbsp,

About 40 minutes before the earthquake struck, the couple was last seen disembarking from a shuttle van at the Shakadang Trail in northeast Hualien state at about 7.20 am.
