Dodgers fire Ohtani’s interpreter after theft reports

Major League Baseball’s playing plan bars “any person, judge, or Club or League standard or staff” from betting on football or making illegal bets on any other sport.

In the majority of US states, sports betting is legal, but California still has no online and financial casinos.

After playing six Major League Baseball times with the Los Angeles Angels, Japan’s Ohtani, who has been compared to a modern-day version of Babe Ruth, signed for the Dodgers in December in a 10-year package for US$ 700 million.

He is playing for the Dodgers in Seoul for the first year against the San Diego Padres.

According to the Times, federal officials raided Bowyer’s Orange County, California, home next time.

Although Bowyer has appeared in past court filings and received a US$ 1.75 million view against him for defaulting on a line of credit issued to him by a Connecticut casino, the Times reported that he has never been charged with a crime.

Diane Bass, a solicitor for Bowyer, told the news that he “never met, spoke with, or contacted, or had call in any way with Shohei Ohtani”.

Mizuhara, who was born in Japan but was brought up in Southern California, became Ohtani’s private translator when he signed with the Angels in 2017 and followed him to the Dodgers.

He has remained close to Ohtani, who has come to represent baseball on a worldwide scale.

Ohtani’s announcement that he was married in February drew attention to Japan, and he made headlines this week in South Korea.

Mizuhara and Ohtani’s star have grown stronger, and the pair frequently meet at the ballpark for matches and education, as well as spending time apart from the team’s facilities.
