Aliff Aziz and Ruhainies plead not guilty to close proximity charges, will go on trial in October

Aliff Aziz, 33, and Ruhainies, 31, both of whom are Malaysian actresses, entered a not-guilty plea on Wednesday ( 3/30 ), which comes after the pair was detained by Federal Territories Islamic Religious Department ( Jawi ) officers at a condominium in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on March 9.

Aliff and Ruhainies were charged under Section 27 ( a ) and Section 27 ( b ), respectively, of the Syariah Criminal Offences ( Federal Territories ) Act 1997 which carries a maximum fine of RM3, 000 ( US$ 637 ) or imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or both, if found guilty.

The Federal Territory Syariah High Court in Kuala Lumpur, Aliff and Ruhainies addressed reporters outside and apologised to the government for the smooth running of the case. In addition, the two reporters clarified that they arrived at the court separately and were n’t engaged in conversation despite reports from some media outlets.

Aliff explained that he had been resting “mentally, emotionally and physically”.

” I’m also a normal human being, even though I’ve made blunders. So I’m taking this time to rest and spent time with my family… and produce my family relationships closer”.

When asked about her thoughts on Aliff’s ex- wife Bella Astillah” congratulating” her for” successfully destroying ( Bella’s ) marriage”, Ruhanies replied:” Since today ‘s]proximity ] case involves a separate issue, I do n’t want to touch on]Bella’s ] case”.

The test will begin in October, and the loan bonds for Ruhainies, Aliff, and others have even been extended.

Malaysian host Azwan Ali threatens US.3 million lawsuit over hair-pulling incident in Singapore

&nbsp on November 4; One of Azwan’s video was reposted by Aliff Syukri on his Instagram page, and the comment provided his perspective. Azwan “decided to take action” because he had been “disturbing his career for a long time,” according to Aliff. Aliff even asserted that he had already told the organizers of the OKLETSGO event that Azwan’s presence made him “uncomfortable.” He was shocked to learn early that Azwan had also been invited to the cooked as a result.

A few days after, on November 6,   Azwan Ali announced on social media site X that he will reimburse Aliff Syukri for the event and take him to court; RM100 million (US$ 21 ) 3,000,000.

” Aliff Syukri:” I will go all out and sue.

The OKLETSGO group captured the event on camera. I wo n’t compromise on this issue as a result. It’s true that Aliff apologized in front of the audience. I just showed up, though; to embrace his apologies. We do n’t believe the apology can be accepted after speaking with my attorneys. We will therefore go all out with this complaint because this occurrence has gone viral and given rise to numerous rumors among viewers. ”  

Aliff responded by posting a picture on TikTok  where he said,” RM100 million,”incredulous? You really believe that asking for RM100 million is thus simple? I do n’t like to argue with people. I dislike making people feel common. Individuals occasionally just want to use my name for their own gain. How did I treat him? The court is n’t naive enough to simply give folks RM100 million. “”
