According to the statement, the athletics ministry has also requested that the foreign ministry “deliver a robust opposition to the French side” regarding the matter.
The sports government announced that South Korea’s National Olympic Committee would meet with the Paris Olympics Organising Committee and the IOC to express their opposition, demand measures to stop a repeat, and give an official notice of rally under the name of the delegation’s group.
