Security video shows Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs beating singer Cassie in hotel hallway in 2016

In a 2016 security video that was broadcast by CNN, it appears Sean” Puffy” Combs actually assaults vocalist Cassie in a hotel doorway.

The video aired Friday ( May 17 ) appears to show Combs, wearing only a white towel, punching and kicking the R&amp, B singer, who was his protege and longtime girlfriend at the time. The song tycoon also appears in the video throwing a bowl in her direction and shoving and dragging Cassie.

The film, which dates back to March 5, 2016, closely resembles the description of a Combs-related incident at the now-closed InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles in a lawsuit filed in November.

The petition was settled the day after it was filed, which led to extensive research into Combs. In addition, many more lawsuits were filed in the coming months, as well as a national criminal sex-trafficking investigation that led to the attack of Combs ‘ houses in Los Angeles and Miami.

Combs ‘ members did not immediately comment on the picture, but he has previously refuted the claims in the claims and his attorneys have argued that he denies any crime.

CNN did not disclose how it obtained the video, but it did point out that it had verified the spot by comparing the footage to photos of the InterContinental Hotel that were made public.

According to Douglas Wigdor, an counsel for Cassie and the plaintiff who has filed other lawsuits against Combs,” The gut-wrenching video has only more confirmed the shocking and aggressive behavior of Mr. Combs.” Thoughts cannot adequately express the fortitude and courage that Ms. Ventura displayed in stepping up to help bring this matter to light.

Unless they come forth formally as Ventura has, The Associated Press does not typically identify those who claim to have been sexually abused.
