Protester sets arm on fire during Laver Cup tennis match ahead of Federer's farewell

A Laver Cup tennis match between Stefanos Tsitsipas and Diego Schwartzman working in london was interrupted by a protester who lit his arm on fire on Friday.

The particular protester, who was wearing a white shirt that said “End UK Private Jets” ran on to the court on the O2 Arena plus briefly lit their right arm and a few of the court burning down.

Security ran towards the protester to smother him with what appeared to be a suit coat.

The protester was arrested and the issue is being handled by police, the Laver Cup said inside a statement to CNN.

The protester was escorted off the court by security, as well as the match resumed following a short delay. The protester appeared to be OKAY.

Tsitsipas went on to defeat Schwartzman within straight sets.

The match came just before tennis great Roger Federer started his last competitive appearance at the same competition and venue.
