Philippines urges its mariners to ‘avoid’ Red Sea amid Houthi attacks

The warning was issued a day after the squad of 23 Filipinos and two Russians were rescued from a Greek-flagged oil tanker that was Wednesday attacked by some projectiles off Yemen’s rebel-held Hodeida port.
