KARACHI: Pakistan rejected India’s closure of the incident of the firing of a supersonic missile into Pakistani territory on Scar 9, and reiterated demand for joint probe, said a statement by Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued on Wednesday night (Aug 24).
The Indian Air Drive on Tuesday (Aug 24) said in late its inquiry how the government had sacked three officers meant for accidentally firing the missile into Pakistan in March, an incident that the 2 nuclear-armed rivals taken care of calmly as there have been no casualties.

It added the federal government had dismissed three officers with immediate effect on Tuesday.
