SEOUL / MOSCOW: President Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader & nbsp will soon meet in Russia, according to the two nations’ confirmation of a potentially historic summit on Monday( Sep 11) despite Moscow’s growing isolation over the conflict in Ukraine.

The Kremlin announced that Kim and Nbsp would visit Russia in the coming days at Putin’s invitation, and the two would simply” meet and have a talk ,” according to the North Korean state news agency KCNA.
