SELF: According to an official at North Korea’s defense ministry, North Korea stated on Saturday ( 15 February ) that the US should abandon military threats if it is concerned about its ability to defend its mainland.
The head of US Northern Command was recently quoted in the KCNA report for making a comment about North Korea’s ability to launch intercontinental ballistic missiles ( ICBMs) on the US mainland.
According to the report, the US was” committing to conflict,” such as planning combat exercises with South Korea and sending a radioactive underwater to the Korean Peninsula.
It is North Korea’s royal right to increase its self-defence strength, the statement added.
