The app’s access was suspended in February after the concerns over private data security were raised, but the company was still accessible for download on South Korea’s software industry, including through Apple’s App Store and Google Play Store.
In a modified privacy policy statement that was applied to the game, DeepSeek stated that” we process your personal info in conformity with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea.”
