China’s Xi tells Germany’s Scholz to seek ‘common ground’

Scholz has traveled to major Chinese cities, including Shanghai and Chongqing, as a result of his explore.

He was joined by Germany’s top business leaders such as Ola Kallenius, president of Mercedes-Benz, and Oliver Zipse, deputy executive of BMW, underlining the importance of the Chinese market to Europe’s largest business.

According to Mercedes-Benz Chairman Kallenius, the Sino-German economic marriage should not only be nurtured but expanded, according to Mercedes-Benz Chairman Kallenius in Beijing on Tuesday.

” Withdrawing from such a huge industry is not an option, but quite strengthening our place,” he said on his agency’s strategy in China.

BMW’s Zipse expressed a comparable perspective on China, Germany’s biggest trading partner.

” We actually see more possibilities than hazards,” he told the ARD reports program Tagesschau.
