Both the partners needs to be in good health.
They are prohibited from having criminal records for offenses like drug or alcohol abuse, child abuse, sexual abuse, violent crimes, or baby misuse.
At least 12 hours of training is required of these users by an approved implementation company.
They must give three letters of recommendation from their marriages, with the exception of adult children who are 18 years and older. Parents of younger children can get the words from the faculty of their kids.  ,
