The couple’s marriage case was adjourned to judge on June 4th due to the lack of a settlement between them.

Bella alleged Aliff of cheating on her 11 days on April 3 in a media interview with Indonesian press.

” I threw away my own home because I loved Aliff but little. I always talked about this before, but I have to because yet people I’ve looked up to, like my in- rules, have turned against me”, she said.

I regret regretfully disowning my girlfriend but no Aliff.

UMNO youth chief vocal on ‘Allah’ socks issue under investigation for sedition

After two reports were made against him in response to the ongoing story involving convenience store network KK Super Mart and its purchase of socks bearing the word” Allah,” the Royal Malaysia Police has opened an investigation against him. &nbsp,

The police stated in a statement on Friday ( Apr 5 ) that Dr. Akmal was being looked into under Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act as well as the Sedition Act.

Following the sale of the” Allah” socks, Dr. Akmal has been at the forefront of calls to boycott KK Super Mart.

Some prominent public figures, including Sarawak Tourism, Creative Industry, and Performing Arts Minister Abdul Karim Rahman Hamzah, have urged police to arrest the UMNO children chief for inciting racial and religious conflicts. His outspoken denunciation of the business has led to this.

After photos of the socks went viral online, leading to widespread backlash from citizens and politicians as well as ban calls, the domestic ease store chain, which has over 800 locations across the nation, was plunged into hot water earlier in March.

Chai Kee Kan, the company’s founder, and his family, who serves as the company’s chairman, have since been accused of “deliberately intending to harm the theological feelings” of those who make up the Muslim-majority country.

Three Xin Jian Chang vendors who had supplied the boots were even accused of aiding in the alleged murder.

On Friday, the police said that the case will be referred to the Attorney General’s Chambers ( AGC ) upon the completion of investigations.

Dr. Akmal announced earlier that day in a Twitter post that he had been detained in Sabah’s Kota Kinabalu. In a later videos, Dr. Akmal was depicted driving away.

” No anxiety, no surrender”, said Dr Akmal in the picture.

Dr. Akmal has since been released by the government after making a statement at the police office in Kota Kinabalu in relation to a subversive statement he made while in Kelantan, according to The Star.

” They took about two and a half hours to report my speech, and I’ve cooperated. It was done professionally”, he was quoted as saying by The Star.

The KK Super Mart children captain has been vocal about his demands for a continued protest. Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar, the prince of Malaysia, has warned against this, despite the fact that the situation has been dragged any more.

After meeting with Chai, the founder of KK Super Mart, on April 3, Sultan Ibrahim made the order, in which case Chai apologized to the king and all Islam for the” Allah” boots blunder.

There have been reviews of numerous instances of petrol weapons being thrown at various KK Super Mart locations throughout the nation, including Sarawak, in the wake of the ongoing problem.

Mussels from Malaysia’s Port Dickson unsafe to eat, contaminated with biotoxins: Authorities

The benefits of a laboratory analysis by the Kuala Lumpur Fisheries Biosecurity Centre in Port Dickson indicate that there are dangerous plants that cause clams to be contaminated and uncomfortable to eat.

Thin Aznan Abdullah, deputy director-general of control for the Department of Fisheries, claimed that the lakes were contaminated with biotoxins as well as the dangerous Prorocentrum, Alexandrium, and Pseudonitzschia plants species.

” The warm weather is also one of the reasons of this plants multiplying fast in the waters,” according to the report. Another marine life such as fish, shrimp, crabs, and so on are not affected by it.

At a press conference on Thursday ( Apr 4 ) that was also attended by the state Fisheries Department director Kasim Tawe, he said,” We advise the public not to eat these mussels within 20 days, we will take additional samples to be tested before confirming that the mussels here are safe to eat.

He stated that the department would keep monitoring with regular testing in accordance with the established protocol until biotoxins in the mussel contents are not found and the cell density in the water drops.

According to him, DOF is working with other law enforcement agencies in this district to prevent shellfish harvesting and selling. These include the Royal Malaysian Police and the marine police.

” In Pasir Panjang ( in Port Dickson district ), there are 40 registered mussel operators, including unregistered ones. The existing mussels in the waters are not required to be removed; instead, they will neutralize themselves, with the exception of the need to destroy the mussels that have been harvested and sold on the market, he said.

He claimed that there was no algae proliferation in the waters off Melaka and Johor, and that water samples were also taken.

One poisoning victim is still receiving treatment in Port Dickson Hospital’s intensive care unit ( ICU), according to Mr. Wan Aznan.

Following an alleged case of food poisoning resulting from the seafood, Negri Sembilan DOF was previously reported to have taken samples of mussels and water from the waters off Port Dickson.

Additionally, according to the state health department, there were eight cases of food poisoning related to mussels, with two of those cases being treated in the ICU, on regular wards ( 5 ), and inpatients ( 11 ).

Najib’s legal bid to serve remaining jail term under house arrest pushes Anwar government into awkward corner

After failing in two pertains to overturn his conviction by a Malaysian High Court two years prior, Najb, who served as Malaysia’s premier for nine years until May 2018 and its first PM to remain imprisoned, started serving his prison expression in August 2022.

The mercy he obtained in the middle of January did not appeal to regular Internationals. &nbsp,

Najib was given a chance to win a royal pardon after serving less than two years of his long sentence, and at the same time as he is still facing charges of different corruption related to the 1MDB scandal.

Public discussion, however, was subdued because of the country’s hard sedition laws.

However, the revelation that Malaysia’s most renowned prisoner could be placed on home arrest could raise serious questions about the transparent pardon system and stoke criticism that there are two sets of laws for convicted people in Malaysia.

Muhammad GOVERNMENT IN AWKWARD CORNER&nbsp,

Malaysia’s state only just formally consented to a new program called Licensed Prisoner Release that aims to ease prisoner traffic congestion and promote community correction. &nbsp,

According to Home Minister Saifuddin last month, it may allow prisoners who have been sentenced to four years or less to spend indefinitely in prison. Additionally, captives who have severe illnesses or impairments, as well as those who are senior citizens or pregnant ladies, might be included in the program.

Mr. Saifuddin reportedly called the rumors that Najib may be allowed to spend time in jail “mischievous” at an Ipoh event.

In any case, Najib’s most recent legal challenge has forced the government of Anwar into a unpleasant situation. &nbsp, &nbsp,

Najib’s request for home arrest would be viewed as equivalent to challenging the legal monarchy’s unfettered function.

What’s more, it could also upset the delicate relations with the long- established United Malays National Organisation ( UMNO ), which is a crucial component in Mr Anwar’s coalition government. &nbsp,

Najib continues to exert considerable influence in the group he led while he was Malaysia’s premier for nine years, and the government’s opposition to the home incarceration plan could stoke a protest in some UMNO parties against the Anwar management.

” At this point, Anwar’s location is that he is against the house arrest for Najib”, said one federal official, noting that the worldwide popularity of the state and the government’s justice system would soon be undermined.
