North Korea fires artillery shells off east, west coasts: South Korea military

SEOUL: North Korea fired artillery shells off of its east and west coasts in Tuesday (Oct 18), the South Korean language military said.

The N . fired about 95 shells into the sea off its west coast around 10pm local time and taken a further 150 rounds off its far east coast, the Joints Chiefs of Workforce said in a document on Wednesday.

North Korea’s recent military activity followed after South Korean language troops kicked off their annual Hoguk defence drills upon Monday, designed to lift their ability to respond to North Korea’s indivisible and missile perils.

The exercises, due to end a prior weekend not too long ago, are the latest inside a series of military workouts by South Korea in recent weeks, this includes joint activities with your United States and Japan.
